Interesting, I've been really happy using Intercom for support so far. Why did you transition away? Curious to know what roadblocks are ahead (or what I'm missing).

Price increases. Went from $49/month our first year to an order of magnitude higher.
That, and we found that our intercom chat emails were caught in spam folders frequently.
