People stop learning when they grow older. Think of advertising target groups - old people don't matter because they don't change anymore. But I don't agree with the conclusion. The fact is that there is no relation anymore. That just means that more knowledge is not more useful. It doesn't mean that people have to 'retire, switch or change careers'. |
