Once service provider and service seeker gets matched and execute their first job through the marketplace platform, they could connect directly from the next time onwards, avoiding the commission and middleman. If that's the case, the marketplace model is not a sustainable business. Because theoretically, the customer volume will get reduced. or, Am I wrong? |
