Career wise, it comes down to 2 things: Your own expectations of how you are doing AND your manager/team's expectations of how you are doing. It seems like you are struggling with your own expectations of how you THINK you should be doing. I suggest you look at how your team thinks you are doing. If they are happy with you, that's great. You definitely want that first. |
