Probably? And leathers too. But, pedaling in August heat in a closed helmet and heavy armored suit isn't easy. Mostly, I'm suggesting better bicycle infrastructure is one reason people may be less likely to wear helmets in Europe vs the US. And not making any claims about how safe a helmet in the US actually is or is not. |
