Ask HN: How to reach Angel investors in bay area from Egypt?

I am working on my B2B startup. It's been 9 months and I can't find any investors yet.

I am in Egypt, and it's almost impossible to get a U.S. visa, with 79% denial rate. Even they refused granting me a student visa to study at Stanford - the consul told me: study online.

I tried crunchbase pro but it is not helpful! everyone is talking about being it high likely to get funded in the Bay area, but I am not there. If I was able to get there, things would be something else!

I would deeply appreciate it providing me resources suitable to my situation being out of the U.S.!
