As I recall, HMA still offers a server "in" NK. I really have no clue why HMA etc offer so many odd locations. I guess it's the "at least one in every country" brag. Maybe, as you say, to confuse people. But then, HMA doesn't have a good track record for obfuscating abuse ;) |
