That was the biggest problem for anyone jumping on to Ruby Rails in regions that has little to Zero Mac market shares and all Windows PC. With WSL2 this was (?) solved, but that is assuming everyone is on Windows 10 and latest version. This has been hurting RoR adoption for long, although at this point it probably no longer matters. |
