I'd like to chime in here and suggest you have a look at PeerTube. https://joinpeertube.org/en/ I haven't tried it yet but it uses the BitTorrent protocol for video retrieval, so there is your magnet link? Of course it is self-hosted if you can't find an instance that'll take you, but it might be a good option. |
