Does this clause have any teeth? If I want to work on OSS in my spare time, I'll do so under a pseudonym and won't bother to ask for permissions. If I choose to make a new AGPLv3 project on GitHub, I'll just do so. And if some lawyers decide to nail me, good luck. |
