With three people, not much should change. You can formalize more things, but at this stage keeping your team engaged is probably more important than adding a bunch of processes.

For sure. I'm a fan of organic culture and process but if something is not working it often takes someone to fix it.

Office space is because the new guy specifically needs somewhere outside of home to be productive. It's one wework hot desk between the three of us.
