Sometimes a smoothie around 3pm that contains plant proteins, collagen protein, amazing grass, 1/4 cup of blueberries, ground chia seeds, and maca powder. I've been intermittent fasting + keto for the majority of the past five years. The minority is when we cycle off keto for a week here and there by doing intermittent fasting + vegan. |
