Can somebody help me figure this out. I want a VPS, 2 cores 2-4gb of ram in europe. How much would it cost per month? Also how much does storage cost? And if i were to say put a minecraft server there. How would it be able to dynamically ramp the machine up and down if needed? Only via the interface? or after trying to connect to a specific port? I am not the typical target audience for these kind of server deals. But i want my small cheap server for myself.

You won't find a better deal than hetzner. I have my production server on their cheapest vps :)

Ovh is quite good too.
