The communication failure begins with management. Don't blame the employees if there are no mechanisms/systems/processes in place to report your managers. You're right, it will build up a grudge that gets launched uphill. That's what I did, after letting my manager litter my codebase for months until he made the big mistake of telling me to shut my mouth, giving me a reason to go to HR. |
