If your at one of the "sought after" companies they have resources for you. Go to your manager for a one on one and ask for help. Where are the code standards, what classes resources do they have to better your design chops. Outside of manager look for someone who has beens there a while and is willing to mentor you. If you don't get support from your current manager start looking to switch teams to find a manager that is geared towards developing you and making you a success. |
