On another note, while I admit there are good ADD Resources - many of them are geared towards parents, teachers, kids, doctors. I find resources for adult significantly lacking. And therapy is an option however many US Health Insurance plans don't cover therapy. And my deductible is an amazing $5,000. Ugh. |
