...it’d be pretty easy for them to enforce this with Windows and Android, it’s not like Dell or Lenovo are huge in Russia? The hardware manufacturers are installing the applications, not the OS provider. Additionally, OEM’s already ship custom versions of Windows computers for the EU so, what’s the difference? |
