Have you ever been faced with an unlawful threat or hindrance to your business? Example: »You give us $1,000 a month or we'll burn down your restaurant / ddos your site / etc.« I'm curious about:

(1) What kind of business? (2) Which country/region/city? (3) Who approached you? (4) What was the request/threat? (5) How did you react? Consequences? (6) Any resources for information?

Apart from general curiosity, I'm trying to understand what environments are the friendliest for opening a business and whether that's even an issue to consider.
