Please don't be vulgar, you can make your point with simpler language too.

As for the protest, the employee's right to protest is an important thing, and taking that away reduces you to an automaton. You'd be giving up the chance to hire great employees that have opinions of their own if you just want people that do what you ask. That puts you behind on innovation, and in the long term creates a very homogenous atmosphere that breeds complacency.

Often times, one cannot make the same statement without using words like "fuck" simply because the resulting statement doesn't have the same intensity. Once can use the word "fudge", but that's really just highlighting that they are replacing "fuck", which was what they really meant. This is true for most intensifying words.

You can replace "do their fucking job" with

"do their damn job" (a word 'like "fuck"', in some sense, but one that people are less likely to be seriously offended by[1])

"do the job they are being paid to do" (stress the key point with words and typography)

"do their job -- you know, the thing Google is actually paying them to do" (words with a bit of sarcasm)

and to my mind all of these options have similar intensity. I don't personally mind "do their fucking job" (at least, I don't mind the swearing; I think the point being made is probably unsound, but that's a separate matter) but it's not by any means the only way to get the point across.

[1] Which is rather odd, if you think about it -- you'd think eternal torture was a nastier thing to have brought to your attention than sex -- but I guess sex is more hard-wired into our brains and few these days believe in eternal damnation.
