Please don't be vulgar, you can make your point with simpler language too. As for the protest, the employee's right to protest is an important thing, and taking that away reduces you to an automaton. You'd be giving up the chance to hire great employees that have opinions of their own if you just want people that do what you ask. That puts you behind on innovation, and in the long term creates a very homogenous atmosphere that breeds complacency. |
