What is 'the rest of the world' supposed to do? It's not like they don't have access to internet or condoms (even free), not in 2019. It's a (collective) choice.

It's about Niger (same largest ethnic group - Hausa[2]), which is also experiencing a population explosion, but the principle appears to be the same: >“I just pray to God to bless those three babies I have,” she says.
