I'd probably recommend Gatsby, it's super flexible, has great documentation, tons of plugins and includes good defaults. I've previously used hugo to build some customer sites. It's super quick to build, but we ended up replicating a bunch of work that Gatsby has support for like image optimisation, minification, etc. Netlify is a good hosting option if you're not married to S3. |
