Author here: Sorry if my usage of emojis made you uncomfortable. I don't think using emojis would soften the seriousness of a project There's lot of projects that uses Gitmoji and it's all v.appreciated too. Don't make someone feel lesser when you don't like it. I like to keep a signature on everything I do, whether its commit messages or anything else.
