Not really. The satellites will be too small to see unaided in general, and their proximity to Earth means that outside of twilight hours, they're generally invisible. (Also, "destroyed" is a matter of perspective. I think it'd look kind of cool if every twilight you could look up and see a web of satellites drifting quietly overhead ;) ). |
