Most cases are not caught because there is a direct march, but because there are multiple distant relatives that match and allow detectives to triangulate the suspect. Final confirmation is done w/ direct testing after probable cause. Faking your own dna has little effect on this process of triangulation and can easily be identified as you won’t share expected traits with relatives. Good luck... |
