OYO in India stand for poor quality. Neither do they have lasting assets other than contracts with Franchisees. Not a model built to last.

In Vietnam, they vary in quality so much as to make the brand meaningless.

There are good ones and terrible ones.

The business model doesn’t seem to make sense to me either.
