100% this. I luckily dodged a burnout just in time. Symptoms were insomnia, thinking I wasn’t good enough and bursts of anger. My problem was thinking about work and getting better at my craft all the time. I didn’t take time for myself, didn’t exercise and had a bad diet. But it’s hard to convince someone to take care of themselves. Sometimes you have to hit the ground. |
