I have been using Sublime Text for about a year now and it's my killer app for Windows. I've had to learn to use msysGit and plink/putty/pageant just because I had to have Sublime Text as my environment. I've already informed my boss he has to buy ST2 as soon as it's available. It is, especially with Zen Coding plugin, one of my favorite programs (design/function/utility) that I've ever installed, and I've tried a bunch of the "programmers" text editors for Windows and Linux.
