Companies/Designers of HN: Do you direct your clients/customers wanting to send you files to your own FTP/Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. or do you let them share files however they want with you? How does that choice affect your response time to client/customer submissions? Does your process provide satisfaction for everyone involved? |
