funny you are talking about transparency while I refer to companies who care for politics. Im talking about environments where you cant express your free opinion or have to apply to rules because of "politics". back in the days we were just working. we cared about technology. those in control cared for money. which was absolutely fine. today, you have to fit in some weird rules and companies play governments. if you talk negative (by eg expressing your free will) you get redacted. thus has nothing to do with transparency btw. the transparency of gitlab can be good or can be bad. but that is another topic I guess. |
