In my experience, this isn't it at all. The more people who need your input/help and make demands on your time, the less personal and free time you have. Being a CEO feels exactly like being a Dad with 6 Toddlers. If you want even a micro-second for yourself it has to be before everyone else wakes up. That's why they wake up at 4:00am. It's not because they are dominating the world... its because they are trying to hide from it. |
