I was at Groupon at IPO. IPO’d at $20. Dropped to $3.50 by the time lockup ended. I sold because I needed the cash. 7 years later, it’s trading at $2.90. The market isn’t perfect, but shenanigans with private company valuations are usually worse. Take granto’s advice. |
