> Also, not getting enough sleep can wreak havoc on your hormones. Yep, and that was a part of my problem. Unbalanced hormones lead to poor sleep, and poor sleep leads to unbalanced hormones. My pituitary just stopped working correctly, and no matter how many hours I spent in bed, my body just wasn't doing what it needed to dial up the deep sleep requirements. Horrible negative feedback loop. |
