I've worked directly with several people from Purism. I can confirm hearing about similar internal issues from first-party sources, as early as well over a year ago. I cancelled my Librem 5 pre-order several months ago, and it'd probably be wise for anyone who doesn't want to lose their money to do the same sooner rather than later. |

Anyone who has sent money to anyone has already “lost” that money, in a sense. What those who have pre-ordered expect is a phone. Are you claiming that Purism won’t ever send anyone a phone? Even the person who wrote the article doesn’t go that far.
