flattr.com? They hail from Sweden, and are quite eurocentric. I've only had a brief look, but it seems like a fairly unsatisfactory way of implementing billing for a web app. I accept that I could be missing something obvious - can you let me know if I've got it wrong? :) |

It lets you transfer small amounts on the web, but it's not for billing.
