In case anyone reading this in the future cares, I learned that Chrome 49 was the last release to support Windows XP and Windows Vista [0]. Google dropped support for these operating systems in April 2016 with the release of Chrome 50. [0]: https://www.ghacks.net/2015/11/11/chrome-support-for-windows... I don't know what's up with 61 or 63, but perhaps there's a similar story there. |
