My account has a rate-limit flag on it that prevents it from posting too often. It's a silent flag and I know why it's there (I'm often downvoted[0]) so I don't know until I send a message whether it will make it. Unfortunately, that often prevents me from replying to people. When I do I receive a message "You are posting too fast".

Participation in this forum is not a fundamental right so I'm comfortable with it. I fundamentally support the right of discussion groups to restrict who gets to be present.
