Came to write exactly this. When we start to feel the real effects of climate change in a mass scale, our survival instinct will kick in and the world will be in a chaos. With all the weapons of mass destruction, guns and deteriorating social fabric, entropy might and probably win against our human order. Once the population numbers reduce through war and famine we could recover like the world did after ww2. Who knows. |
