I’m not sure if our stand ups are similar to other companies but each person tracks what they are working on in sales force cases or in JIRA. Our stand ups are for trending issues, global/timezone concerns, and really important things. They last around 15 mins. The notes we put in confluence are @mentions and the next steps. Anything else is tracked in jira/salesforce. |
