On my S8 I never used the rear fingerprint scanner. It was so unweildy and poorly placed that it was quicker and easier to enter my pin. They also touted "face recognition" but it was a poorly-made piece of software that used a conventional camera (no depth) and was just a marketing check-off item, and not a real feature. |
