He's saying that we're too use to kill each other in Europe, and we need some external power as middleman to keep heads cool, which is true. Just before the Ukranian war started I thought another war in Europe was nearly impossible. And here we are. |

The UK might end up in a war in the next two decades or so if they slide any further.
