Those idiots have never come up with anything new or revolutionary, only stupid run of the mill stuff like nuclear submarines and carriers, planet spanning underwater listening systems, spy subs that can sit on the ocean floor, drones that can land on carriers, electromagnetic railguns that fire projectiles at mach 6+, and other worthless crap.
