Hi. I have been there. The problem is overwork !
Solution steps:
1- VACATION and DAY OFF once in a while.
2- Leave early every day for a while when you start to feel stressed. Pause each 40 minutes at work.
3- Don't let people put pressure at work.
4- Quit alcohol and other substance.
5- Wake up early and sleep early.
6- Do windsurf or other high adrenaline sport. |
