Speaking as an American, US measurements drive me crazy, especially in baking where packing density can throw things off. I have a coffee scale that is accurate to 0.1 grams and it makes it _so_ much easier to measure everything out. Having a sliding scale for the number of people you intend to serve would also boost the usability of the site. |
