If you tattooed your whole face you are basically making yourself more easily identifiable. You can't take it off so you are now the guy with the full face tattoo. But I doubt they could outlaw your face. What are they going to do? Cut your face off? |

Turn it on and off and configure it as desired. E-pigment sits under your skin. Unlike a mask, it's part of you but only when you want it to be. I think this could reduce identifiability.
