I wrote a pretty sophisticated longitudinal study app that's currently being used by a top 100 university. The front end is entirely in React. I only have limited experience with Ruby, but tbh, I think I would feel more comfortable maintaining a front end code base either in Ruby or React, not both. Then again, I usually operate alone and my personal preferences definitely play a role. |
