On Android it doesn't appear to override private DNS settings, so its working just fine for me with Adguard DNS. I think nextdns works the same way.

I'm surprised, but pleased that you can use WARP without 1.1.1.1 DNS. Hopefully thats not a bug.

On iOS it doesn't seem to work. It's either WARP or nextdns. A quick google search taught me all "custom" dns setups on iOS require some sort of VPN-like solution (very much like the nextdns.io iOS app does).

Back to nextdns then, has more value to me.
