so, finding out that the currently-sufficient production quantity doesn't have as high of a ceiling as previously expected would result in a crisis so big that there would be problems with oil supply for the 2 years needed to complete the required infrastructure build out? I don't see how this negates the parent w/r/t the parents-parent. |
