According to GamersNexus on Youtube; power supplies and cases (imported steel) were hit very hard by tariffs. Caselabs, a maker of cases in the US, went out of business partially due to tariffs on imported steel driving up prices. PCBs such as motherboards and graphics cards just moved to Taiwan. Even cheap power supplies went up by $20 at least on average based on my anecdotal price browsing on PCPartPicker. |
