The part that worries me is that companies are increasingly seeing it as their social responsibility to gang up and destroy "bad" people like Stallman.
Stallman has always been a neckbeard and either the industry grows up and shows some responsibility (which means kicking out or massively restrain the neckbeards) or it's going to be held liable itself for their actions.
Social responsibility over profit is not legal in the USA. Fiduciary duty, EBay v Newmark
