Ask HN: What questions to ask / discuss with the VP of my org?

I'm a tech lead for a team in a big company in SV, and a new VP of Engineering joined the org recently and setup a intro 1x1 with me.

What should I ask this person? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks HN community.
